铝合金微量元素对型材压弯性能的影响

摘要 通过采用合金成分、力学性能、宏观低倍组织和微观组织等检测手段,针对6082铝合金材质工字型材产品在深加工压弯后出现开裂问题进行检测分析。结果表明,Mn、Cr、Ti元素含量较少的6082-A合金型材产品,其表面存在异常粗大晶粒且粗晶层厚度较深降低了材料的塑性加工性能,致使型材压弯开裂。 By means of alloy composition,mechanical properties,macro low-power structure and microstructure,the cracking problem of 6082 I-shaped profile after deep processing is analyzed in this paper.The results show that the surface of 6082-A alloy profile with less Mn,Cr and Ti elements has unusually coarse grain and deep coarse-grain layer,which reduces the plastic processing performance of the material and results in bending and cracking of the profile.
