摘要
通过对模具结构的优化和挤压工艺的调整,解决了6063-T6合金状态宽幅薄壁多腔和大宽厚比型材成型难度高的问题。实验发现,模具三级沉桥设计对断面复杂型材的可成型性具有促进作用;同时调整6063合金成分中Si、Mg元素配比,将铸锭温度控制在470℃~500℃,制品速度设定在4.0m/min~4.5m/min,采用空冷淬火的方式对提升型材成形性和形位尺寸精度有显著影响。
In this paper,by optimizing the die structure and adjusting the extrusion process,the problems of high difficulty in forming the profiles of 6063-T6 alloy with wide thin wall and multi-cavity and large width to thickness ratio are solved.The results show that the three-stage sinking bridge design can promote the formability of complex profiles.At the same time,the ratio of Si and Mg elements in the 6063 alloy is adjusted,the ingot temperature is controlled between 470℃and 500℃,and the product speed is set between 4.0m/min~4.5m/min.The air cooling quenching method had a significant effect on improving the formability and dimensional accuracy of the profiles.
