摘要
开放大学实施完全学分制教学模式改革,是实现开放大学转型发展、提升开放大学教学质量的重要内容。目前,国内部分高校在完全学分制实践中取得了一定的成绩,但尚未形成可以推广应用的模式。在网络信息化时代,教学组织体系、教学服务体系、教学评价体系以及教学资源的内涵都发生了变化,应坚持适用性、科学性、动态性原则,构建一个基于完全学分制的开放大学教学质量评价体系,为我国远程开放教育教学以及相关的教学质量评价体系的建立提供指标依据。
The implementation of the reform of full credit system teaching mode in open universities is an important part to realize the transformation and development of open universities and improve their teaching quality. At present, some domestic colleges and universities have made certain achievements in the practice of full credit system, but there is no model that can be promoted and applied. In the era of network informatization, the connotation of teaching organization system, teaching service system, teaching evaluation system and teaching resources has changed. We should adhere to the principles of applicability, scientificity and dynamics to build a teaching quality evaluation system of open universities based on the full credit system, so as to provide index basis for the establishment of distance open education and related teaching quality evaluation system in China.
