基于教学学术视角的开放大学教师专业化发展研究

摘要 随着社会的发展和科技的进步,国内外学者对教师专业化发展的研究越来越广泛。提高开放大学教师个人的专业素养和整体教师水平,是开放大学可持续发展的一个重要内容。国内外研究表明,对“教学学术”的研究探索有利于发展和完善教师专业化发展理论,有利于平衡教学活动和科研行为之间的关系,有利于为教师的专业化发展提供学科专业发展平台。 With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, scholars at home and abroad have made more and more extensive research on teachers’ professional development. Improving the professional quality and the overall level of teachers in open universities is an important part of the sustainable development of open universities. Researches at home and abroad show that the research and exploration of“scholarship of teaching” is conducive to developing and perfecting the theory of teachers’ professional development, balancing the relationship between teaching activities and scientific research, and providing a disciplinary development platform for teachers’ professional development.
