摘要
推进新农村建设,发展现代农业,必须提高农村劳动者素质。目前,沧州市农村成人教育的项目主要有针对农村成人高等教育的“一村一名大学生计划”、针对农村成人中等职业教育的“新农村建设双带头人培养工程”。成人教育取得了一定成效,但也存在教育经费投入较少、培训内容与需求存在差异、农村成人群体自主学习能力不足等问题。地方政府应统筹管理农村成人教育工作,营造有利于吸引和留住优秀师资的政策环境;教育机构应发挥实践教学优势,提升培训的满意度,助力新农村建设。
To promote the construction of new countryside and develop modern agriculture, the quality of rural workers must be improved. At present, the projects of Cangzhou rural adult education include “one college student in one village” for rural adult higher education and “double leaders training project for new rural construction” for rural adult secondary vocational education. Adult education has achieved positive results. However, there are also problems, such as less investment in education, differences in training contents and needs, and insufficient autonomous learning ability of rural adults. Local governments should manage rural adult education as a whole and create a policy environment conducive to attracting and retaining excellent teachers. Educational institutions should give full play to the advantages of practice teaching, improve the satisfaction of training and help the construction of new countryside.
