益生菌产品中双歧杆菌计数培养基的比较研究

Comparison of Mediums for Enumeration of Bifidobacteria in Probiotics

对添加单株双歧杆菌(分别为乳双歧杆菌BB12和长双歧杆菌BB536)的益生菌产品进行双歧杆菌计数实验。比较了在相同的稀释条件和培养条件下,倾注MRS、半胱氨酸盐酸盐+MRS(CYS-MRS)、BBL 3种培养基,培养计数结果的差异。结果对添加乳双歧杆菌BB12的益生菌产品,3种培养基计数结果差异较显著(P<0.05),BBL检出率最高,其次是半胱氨酸盐酸盐+MRS、MRS最低;对添加长双歧杆菌BB536益生菌产品,3种培养基计数结果差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此对含双歧杆菌的益生菌产品进行双歧杆菌计数时,需先进行方法适用性实验,以选择最优的培养基进行培养计数。

Refer to standard methods,enumeration of Bifidobacteria in probiotics,one is had added B.lactis(BB12),and the other is added B.longum(BB536).Enumeration on the two kinds of Bifidobacteria in probiotics using three kinds of mediums those are MRS,Cysteine Hydrochloride MRS and BBL,base on the same culture conditions these are at 36±1℃72 h,anaerobic incubator,the same sample,the same dilution,the same testers.Compared the differences of the results of enumeration with the three kinds of mediums.Results:For the probiotics tablets samples those added BB536,BBL is the most optimal medium,next is CYS-MRS,MRS is least.But for BB12,no obvious differences among these three kinds of mediums.Conclusion:When we test enumeration Bifidobacteria in probiotics those are new products,or added new strains,we should select the most optimal medium at first.
