摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定牛奶中的苯甲酸、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸残留量的方法。样品经体积分数为0.2%乙酸沉淀蛋白,提取过滤后,以乙腈-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,经C18反相色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果表明,苯甲酸和山梨酸的检出限为0.005 mg/g,定量限为0.01 mg/g,脱氢乙酸的检出限为0.024 mg/g,定量限为0.08 mg/g,3种防腐剂的平均回收率为83.4%~101.0%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~6.0%。本法重复性好,准确度高,可满足牛奶中苯甲酸、山梨酸和脱氢乙酸的测定。
A determination was established for residues of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid in milk by high performance liquid chromatography.The protein of sample was precipitated by 0.2%acetic acid,extracted and filtered.The objective compounds were separated using Agilent Eclipse C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-water(0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate)as mobile phase and detected bydiode array detector.The results showed that the detection limit of benzoic acid and sorbic acid was 0.005 mg/g,the quantitative limit was 0.01 mg/g,the detection limit of dehydroacetic acid was 0.024 mg/g,the quantitative limit was 0.08 mg/g,the average recoveries were 83.4%-101.0%,the RSD was 3.6%-6.0%.The method is suitable for the detection of reproducible and accurate benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid in milk.
