摘要
为使受到干扰事件影响的晚点城际铁路列车能够尽快恢复有序运行,降低列车晚点率,有效控制晚点在城际铁路调度区段及扩散至路网中的传播,通过深入分析城际铁路及其列车在所属调度区段的运行特征,提出采用停运部分城际列车的调整策略,构建考虑停运策略的城际列车运行计划调整双层规划模型,并设计了生成停运列车计划备选集方法与基于逻辑自映射的变尺度混沌萤火虫算法相结合的完整求解算法。最后以京津城际台实际的列车运行计划构造仿真算例,算例验证结果表明,考虑停运策略的城际列车运行计划调整模型及提出的求解算法具备可行性,能够明显降低列车的晚点率,减少列车晚点时分,能够将列车晚点有效控制在城际铁路调度区段内,避免列车晚点在路网中扩大传播范围。
The research is conducted for the purpose of enabling the delayed intercity trains that are affected by interference events to resume orderly operation as soon as possible, reducing the delayed train ratio, and controlling the spread of delays in the dispatching section of intercity railways and even to the railway networks effectively. Therefore,the adjustment strategy of withdrawing some intercity trains was proposed on the basis of the in-depth analysis of the operation characteristics of intercity railways and their trains in their dispatched sections. The bi-level programming model of intercity train rescheduling considering the withdrawal of trains was built. Moreover, the complete solution algorithm was designed, which is the combination of the method for generating alternative withdrawal-of-train plan sets and the chaotic firefly algorithm based on self-logical mapping and mutative scale. Finally, the numerical simulation was performed according to the practical operation schedule of the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railways. The results revealed that the bi-level programming model of intercity train rescheduling considering the withdrawal of trains and the proposed algorithm are feasible. They can significantly reduce the delay radio and the total delay time of trains, control the delay spread on the intercity railways, and avoid expanding the delay transmission range on the railway networks.
