摘要 环境试验箱可以迅速地模拟出相关物品及其实际应用时的周边环境,并研究环境中一种或者多种因素对产品质量的影响。环境中对产品质量会产生影响的因素主要有:温度、湿度和气压等。随着我国经济的不断发展,环境试验箱的使用范围已从过去的战争现场拓展到现在的城市环境监测,并正在逐渐地扩大。在城市中使用时,对环境试验箱容易产生影响的因素是温度。因此,对环境试验箱温度偏差的原因进行了分析,并对偏差修正方法进行了探讨,对于提高环境试验箱的检测精度具有一定的指导意义。 The environmental test chamber can quickly simulate the related items and the surrounding environment in actual application,and study the impact of one or more factors in the environment on product quality.The main factors that affect the quality of products in the environment are temperature,humidity and air pressure.With the continuous development of our country’s economy,the scope of use of environmental test chamber has been from the war scenes in the past to the current urban environmental monitoring,and is gradually expanding.When used in a city,it is temperature that easily affects the environmental test chamber.Therefore,the reasons for the temperature deviation of the environmental test chamber are analyzed,and the deviation correction method is discussed,which has certain guiding significance for improving the detection accuracy of the environmental test chamber.
