某型运载火箭研制项目质量风险管理研究

Research on Quality Risk Management of a Launch Vehicle Development Project

运载火箭的研制过程复杂,属于高风险项目,建立运载火箭研制项目风险规划、控制和监督体系,规避并减轻运载火箭研制项目风险不仅十分必要,而且刻不容缓。对某型运载火箭研制项目的质量风险进行了研究,针对质量风险因子的不同危险等级,提出了相应的风险应对策略,以将引起质量事故的风险因子处理在可控范围内。

The launch vehicle development process is complex and is a high-risk project.It is not only necessary but also urgent to establish a risk planning,control and supervision system for the launch vehicle model development project to avoid and reduce the risk of the launch vehicle model development project.The quality risk of a launch vehicle model development project is studied,and corresponding risk response strategies are put forward according to the different risk levels of quality risk factors,so as to deal with the risk factors that cause quality accidents within a controllable range.
