Residue and Risk Assessment of PPCPs in Human Body

药品及个人护理用品(Pharmaceuticals and personal care products, PPCPs)作为一种常见的护理用品,随着其生产和使用量的日益增长,在过去几十年来引起了广泛的关注。由于PPCPs以慢性毒性为主,经过长期积累才会表现出相应病症,因此对人类健康存在潜在威胁。对其基本性质、人类暴露的主要途径等方面进行了综述,分析了人体中几种典型的PPCPs及其残留浓度对人类可能产生的毒性效应,并根据目前对PPCPs研究进展进行了风险评估,提出了展望。

Pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs), as a common care product, have attracted extensive attention in the past few decades with the increasing production and use of PPCPs.Because the toxicity of PPCPs is mainly chronic toxicity accumulated for a long time, which will not appear until it is accumulated to a certain extent, it is a potential threat to human health. This paper reviews its basic properties and the main ways of human exposure, and analyzes the possible toxic effects of several typical PPCPs in human body and their residual concentrations on human beings. According to the current research progress of PPCPs, the risk assessment is carried out, and the prospect is put forward.
