摘要
玉米是各国人民极为重要的粮食作物之一,但是对于玉米副产物玉米须、玉米皮以及秸秆等的利用水平不高。在信息技术发展水平不断提升的背景下,玉米副产物的应用空间不断扩大。为此,通过对我国玉米须化学成分以及药理作用的研究进展进行分析,为玉米须的研究应用提供参考。
Corn is one of the most important food crops for the people of all countries. but the utilization level of corn by-product corn silk, corn husk and straw is not high. In the context of the continuous improvement of the development level of information technology, the application space of corn by-products continues to expand. For this reason, this article analyzes the research progress of the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of corn silk in our country, and provides a reference for the research and application of corn silk.
