摘要
采用流延法制备了在医药领域具有潜在应用价值的复合薄膜姜黄素(CUR)-聚乙烯醇(PVA)/羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC),通过偏光显微镜观察复合膜结晶度,研究了CUR的加入量、PVA与CMC的比例对复合薄膜降解性能和缓释性能的影响。实验表明,PVA质量浓度为0.005 g/mL、CMC质量浓度为0.005 g/mL、姜黄素质量浓度为0.0005 g/mL时,制得的复合薄膜姜黄素包封率为11.45%,160 min姜黄素累计释放量在90%左右,制备的CUR-PVA/CMC复合薄膜具有可降解性和缓释性,为该复合薄膜的在医药领域应用提供理论参考。
Curcumin-polyvinyl alcohol/sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CUR-PVA/CMC) films were prepared by casting method. The crystallinity was observed by polarization microscopy. The effects of CUR addition amount and ratio of PVA and CMC on controlled release properties and degradation properties of composite film were investigated. The results show that samples obviously demonstrate degradability and controlled release. With the PVA concentration of 0.005 g/mL, the CMC concentration of 0.005 g/mL, and the curcumin concentration of 0.0005 g/mL, the curcumin encapsulation rate of the composite film is 11.45%, the cumulative release of curcumin in 160 min is about 90%. The research results provide a theoretical reference for the application of this composite film in the field of medicine.
