工业废水中COD去除的试验研究

摘要 采用简单的离心分离进行预处理,开展了添加芬顿试剂结合磷化铝处置残渣进行COD的去除实验研究。结果表明,工业废水经离心15 min预处理后过滤,在pH为3~4,芬顿试剂(硫酸亚铁质量∶双氧水质量=1∶2)加入量为5%~10%,氧化时间为120 min,磷化铝处置残渣加入量为10%~15%,0.1%PAM加入1%~2%的条件下,废水中COD从1380 mg/L降至165.6 mg/L,去除率达88%。处理后的废水中COD含量小于GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中COD(200 mg/L)的二级排放标准。 The removal of COD in industrial wastewater was pretreated by simple centrifugal separation, and then the COD removal experiment was carried out by adding Fenton’s reagent combined with aluminum phosphide disposal residue.Research results show that: COD wastewater is pretreated by centrifugation for 15 minutes and filtered. At pH 3~4, the ratio of Fenton’s reagent is(ferrous sulfate quality: hydrogen peroxide quality=1∶2), the addition amount is 5%~10%, and the oxidation time is 120 minutes., When the amount of aluminum phosphide disposal residue is 10%~15% and 0.1% PAM is added 1%~2%, the COD in the wastewater will be reduced from 1380 mg/L to 165.6 mg/L, and the COD removal rate will reach 88%.The treated COD wastewater is less than the secondary discharge standard of COD(200 mg/L) in GB8978-1996 “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard”.
