摘要
为了研究油相材料对乳化炸药储存稳定性的影响,分别选取6种不同组分及性能的复合蜡,测定其运动黏度、熔点及含油量等物理性能参数,并分别将不同复合蜡与乳化剂结合,制得相应的乳化基质。采用高低温循环实验方法测得乳化基质各循环阶段的析晶率来近似模拟乳化炸药在自然条件下的储存状态。结果表明,乳化炸药储存稳定性与油相材料的运动黏度及熔点成正相关关系,而与含油量成负相关关系,即油相材料组分的运动黏度及熔点越大,含油量越少,其制得的乳化炸药储存稳定越好。
In order to study the effect of oil phase materials on the storage stability of emulsion explosives, firstly, six kinds of compound waxes with different components and properties were selected, and their physical properties such as kinematic viscosity, melting point and oil content were measured respectively, and then the different compound waxes were separately compounded with the emulsifier to prepare the corresponding emulsified matrix, and the crystallization rate of each cycle of the emulsified matrix is measured by the high and low temperature cycle experiment method to approximate the storage state of the emulsion explosive under natural conditions. The results show that the storage stability of emulsion explosives is positively correlated with the kinematic viscosity and melting point of the oil phase material, and negatively correlated with the oil content, that is, the greater the kinematic viscosity and melting point or the less the oil content of the oil phase material components, the storage stability of emulsion explosives is better.
