摘要
有机硅甲基氯硅烷生产中副产的盐酸成分复杂,质量分数在15%~31%,脱吸处理难度大。采用一步氯化钙法进行盐酸脱吸,同时对不同来源的盐酸进行预处理、分质储存和分质处理,能够实现副产盐酸的深度脱吸,实现氯资源的有效回收利用。
In view of the characteristics of hydrochloric acid produced in the production of organosilomethyl chlorosilane, such as complex composition, concentration ranging from 15 to 31%, and difficult desorption treatment, one-step calcium chloride method is preferred for hydrochloric acid desorption, and hydrochloric acid from different sources was pretreated, stored and treated separately. It can realize deep desorption of byproduct hydrochloric acid and effective recovery and utilization of chlorine resources.
