摘要
现代学徒制“双导师”混合式课程的实施,实现了教学目标与产业需求的对接。以《煤化学》课程为例,从“双导师”混合式课程设计、“双导师”教学分工与“双导师”教学评价等方面,探索了现代学徒制背景下校企“双导师”混合式课程的实践,重点介绍了校内教师与企业导师共同完成课程教学的实施过程。
The implementation of the modern apprenticeship “double-tutor” hybrid curriculum has realized the connection between the teaching goal and the industry demand. Taking the course of coal chemistry as an example, this paper probed into the practice of the blended curriculum of “double tutors” in schools and enterprises under the background of modern apprenticeship from the aspects of “double tutors” blended curriculum design, “double tutors” teaching division and “double tutors” teaching evaluation, etc., this paper mainly introduced the implementation process of curriculum teaching by teachers in school and teachers in enterprises.
