摘要
地铁建设一般位于城市繁华地段,周边超高层建筑较多,在地铁基坑开挖过程中,如何保证基坑的开挖安全和超高层建筑物不产生破坏,一直是地铁基坑开挖的难题。以北京地铁14号线丽泽商务区站基坑开挖为依托,考虑地铁车站临近超高层建筑物的相互影响,通过数值模拟计算和分析预测,确定超高层建筑变形控制指标、地铁基坑支护及开挖要求,经实践验证了这种方法的合理性。
As the fact that the subway construction is located in downtown areas of cities surrounded with many super-high-rise buildings,it has always been a issue for the excavation of foundation pits for subways to ensure the excavation safety of the foundation pits and avoid damages on these buildings during the excavation.The paper considers the mutual influence between the subway station and surrounding super-high-rise buildings based on the excavation of the foundation pits in Lize Business District along No.14 Beijing Subway,identifies the deformed controlling indexes and requirements for the subway foundation pit support and excavation of the super-high-rise buildings by numeric simulation calculation and analytic forecasting,and it is proved to be reasonable to adopt the method.
