城市轨道交通地下双层车辆基地设计研究

Research on the design of urban rail transit underground double-deck depot

结合成都地铁7号线崔家店停车场的设计实例,提出城市轨道交通车辆基地地下双层设计,并分析存在的问题和解决方案,探寻一条适用于主城区建设车辆基地的新思路。车辆基地按地下双层设计后,地面可以恢复城市原有规划功能,物业开发仍在地面进行,居住环境不受影响,提升区域市场价值,经济效益明显,并极大地节约了土地。

Combined with the Cuijiadian depot of Chengdu Metro Line 7,this paper puts forward the double-deck underground design of urban rail transit depot,analyzes the problems and solutions,and explores a new thoughts to construct the depot in the main urban area.After the depot is designed as a double-deck underground,the original planning function of the city can be restored on the ground,the property development is still carried out on the ground,the living environment is not affected,the regional market value is improved,the economic benefits are obvious,and it saves a lot of land.
