摘要
文章主要介绍了高炉冶炼过程中锌元素的主要来源。锌元素在高炉循环富集的机理及过程,高锌冶炼对生产过程的危害。在调研分析10号高炉运转状况的基础上明确其问题所在,并针对性的设计实施优化策略科学控制锌这一对生产实践有害金属的含量,以此降低其对高炉生产的不利影响。
This paper mainly introduces the main sources of zinc in the process of blast furnace smelting.The mechanism and process of cyclic enrichment of zinc in blast furnace,and the harm of high zinc smelting to the production process.Based on the investigation and analysis of the operation status of No.10 blast furnace,the problem is clarified,and the optimization strategy is designed and implemented to scientifically control the content of zinc,a harmful metal to production practice,so as to reduce its adverse impact on blast furnace production.
