摘要
对高硫难选复杂铅锌矿原生产工艺选矿指标低、铅锌精矿附含高、药剂消耗量大的状况,开展选矿工艺优化研究与应用,研究采用原矿细磨铅锌优先和分支分速浮选、锌中矿再磨再选和石灰等常规药剂优化工艺技术,工业应用后大幅度提高铅锌生产技术经济指标,经济和社会效益明显。
In view of the low beneficiation index of the original production process of high sulfur and difficult to separate complex lead-zinc ores,the high attached content of lead-zinc concentrate and large reagent consumption,the research and application of beneficiation process optimization are carried out.The conventional reagent optimization process technologies such as raw ore fine grinding lead-zinc priority and branch fractional rate flotation,regrinding and re separation of zinc middling ore and stone ash are studied,After industrial application,the technical and economic indicators of lead-zinc production have been greatly improved,and the economic and social benefits have been obvious.
