摘要
某型飞机在研制过程中要求驾驶舱能够为飞行员提供安全、舒适的驾驶环境,保证飞机的飞行安全,且美观实用。为满足上述要求,提出了一种某型飞机驾驶舱中央操纵台、仪表板及遮光板组件的集成化结构设计方案,构建了组件的结构模型,并采用有限元软件对其在各种不同飞行载荷下的应力及变形进行了分析。结果表明,在各种载荷工况下,组件的设计均满足强度指标要求。
During the development of a type of aircraft,the aesthetics and practicality of the cockpit should be satisfied,so as to provide a safe and comfortable driving environment for the pilot and ensure the flight safety of the aircraft.Therefore,an integrated structural design of aircraft cockpit central console,instrument board and visor units is introduced,the basic structural model of the components is established,and the stress and deformation of the components under various flight loads are analyzed.The results show that the design of the components can meet all meets the strength requirements under various load conditions.
