数据哲学是21世纪即将兴起的哲学新领域,它以数据为对象,以算法为工具,以综合为方法,从而促使21世纪哲学发生根本性的变革,并带来科学认知的“数据转向”。数据哲学源于21世纪初的数据技术革命,这场革命带来了科学认知的重大转向和社会经济的重大变革,并引发了分析哲学的重大危机。数据哲学在信息哲学、大数据哲学、智能哲学的基础上已经开展了自己的独立探索,国内外已有少量学者开始了初步研究。作为21世纪即将掀起的一场综合哲学运动,数据哲学将建构反映自己时代精神的科学认知研究纲领,并全面探索数据与世界、数据与语言、数据与算法、数据与知识、数据与真理、数据与伦理等一系列属于数据哲学的专属问题。

Philosophy of data is a new field of philosophy that will rise in the 21st century.It takes data as the object,algorithm as the tool and synthesis as the method,which promotes the fundamental change of philosophy in the 21st century and brings the“data turn”of scientific cognition.Philosophy of data originates from the data technology revolution in the early 21st century.This revolution has brought a major turn in scientific cognition and a major change in social economy,and triggered a major crisis in analytical philosophy.Philosophy of data has carried out its own independent exploration on the basis of philosophy of information,philosophy of big data and philosophy of intelligence.A small number of scholars at home and abroad have begun preliminary research.As a comprehensive philosophical movement to be launched in the 21st century,philosophy of data will construct a scientific cognitive research program reflecting its own spirit of the times,and comprehensively explore a series of exclusive problems belonging to philosophy of data,such as data and world,data and language,data and algorithms,data and knowledge,data and truth,data and ethics.
