摘要
采用夹杂物全自动分析仪研究了结晶器电磁搅拌对中碳铝镇静钢Φ450 mm连铸圆坯中的非金属夹杂物的数量、大小、分布的影响。结果表明,除边部区域外,电磁搅拌工艺条件下铸坯其他区域的夹杂物数量均低于无电磁搅拌工艺。电磁搅拌工艺条件下,随着从铸坯边部向中心移动,1~3μm的小尺寸夹杂物的数量逐渐减少,距离铸坯边部132~152 mm时达到最低值,然后在中心部位升高;3~5μm以及>5μm的夹杂物数量呈现先增大后降低的趋势,分别在距离边部44~64 mm、132~152μm的区域内呈现最大值。无电磁搅拌工艺条件下,夹杂物尺寸大小的分布趋势与施加电磁搅拌工艺的趋势基本一致,但1~3μm间的夹杂物所占的比例较高。
The effect of mould-electromagnetic stirring(M-EMS)on amount,size snd distribution of non-metallic inclusion in concasting round billet of medium carbon aluminum killed steel were studied with ASPEX automated analysis technology.The results showed that as the slab moves from the side of the slab to the center of the slab,the number of inclusions in each area of the slab under the electromagnetic stirring process is gradually less than the number of the non-electromagnetic stirring process.Under the electromagnetic stirring process,the number of small inclusions 1~3μm gradually decreases,reaching the lowest value when the distance from the edge of the cast slab is 132~152 mm,and then rising at the center.The number of inclusions of 3~5μm and>5μm shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,showing the maximum in the area 44~64 mm from the edge and 132~152μm respectively.Under the condition of no electromagnetic stirring process,the distribution trend of the size of the inclusions is basically the same as the trend of applying electromagnetic stirring process,but the proportion of inclusions between 1~3μm is higher.
