含硼冷墩钢10B21氮含量的控制实践 被引量:1

摘要 通过对10B21生产各工序氮含量取样分析,得出各工序氮含量变化规律。结果表明,精炼加热处理过程中增氮最为严重,依次为软吹工序、炉后合金化工序、连铸工序。探讨了各工序的增氮机制及控制措施,并设计不同转炉出钢脱氧方式,对比研究对氮含量控制的影响,结合LF精炼、软吹和连铸等工艺控制措施,有效地控制了10B21氮含量。 The variation of nitrogen content of 10B21 in each process is obtained by analyzing samples taked from each smelting process.It is found that nitrogen absorption exists in the LF refining process is the most serious and absorptive amount in the decreasing order is soft blowing,alloying after tapping,continuous casting.The causes of nitrogen absorption in each process are investigated,and the measures for reducing nitrogen absorption in each process are proposed.Different deoxidation methods are designed in the tapping process and the influence on nitrogen content is analyzed.Nitrogen content of 10B21 is effectively controlled by adopting process control measures in soft blowing,alloying after tapping and continuous casting.
