摘要
对现场结晶器盖板和中包车进行了改造,增加敞开浇注事故摆槽和溢钢斗,具备了敞开浇注条件。通过对中间包衬及其相关耐材进行改进,提高了中间包的使用寿命;同时,对结晶器系统和钢水条件进行了优化,从而提高了生产稳定性,为敞开浇注模式下高效化生产创造条件。
The mould cover plate and the tundish car were reformed on site,and the open-stream pouring accident swing groove and overflowing steel tank were added,so that the open-stream pouring conditions were met.By improving tundish lining and its related refractory,the life of the tundish is extended.At the same time,the optimization of mold system and the improvement of molten steel conditions improve the production stability and create conditions for efficient production in the open-stream pouring mode.
