摘要
分析了矿井排水泵存在的运维难点,同时基于工业互联网技术对智能运维系统结构、主要功能以及关键技术进行了详细分析和描述,关键技术包括边云协同、云组件技术和改进k-means算法。结合矿井排水泵实际需求,开发了智能运维系统,并应用于矿井排水泵,提高了矿井整体运维效率。
The operation and maintenance difficulties of mine drainage pump are analyzed firstly.And then the structure,main functions and key technologies of intelligent operation and maintenance system are analyzed and described in detail based on industrial Internet technology.The key technologies include edge cloud collaboration,cloud component technology and improved k-means algorithm.Finally,combined with the actual needs of mine drainage pump,an intelligent operation and maintenance system is developed and applied to mine drainage pump.
