武汉市重点物流领域价格机制研究

Research on Price Mechanism in Key Logistics Fields in Wuhan

物流业是国民经济的基础性、战略性、先导性产业,是建设现代经济体系,推动经济高质量发展的重要支撑。从价格机制角度出发,围绕铁路货运、港口作业、道路货运、航空货运以及城市配送、快递服务等重点物流领域价格形成机制,研究武汉物流行业价格水平,找出关键环节中的突出问题,针对性提出规范行业收费行为、全面落实降费政策、切实降低联运成本、引导行业诚信经营等政策建议,助力物流业高质量发展。

In this paper,focusing on the price formation mechanism of key logistics fields including railway freight,port operations,highway freight,air freight,urban distribution,and express delivery,etc.,we looked at the price level of the logistics industry in Wuhan,found out the prominent problems in the key links,and pertinently put forward some recommendations for policy-makers such as regulating the charging practice of the industry,fully implementing fee reduction policy,effectively reducing the cost of intermodal transportation,and guiding the industry toward more honest operation,so as to help the high-quality development of the logistics industry in Wuhan.
