“双高”背景下高职院校工学交替教学模式分析--以徐工院物流管理专业为例

摘要 以徐工院物流管理专业为例,首先分析工学交替教学模式现实意义及“双高计划”背景下赋予工学交替模式新内涵,然后从其当前工学交替现状出发,总结工学交替教学实践存在问题,最后给出相应的措施建议,为创新高等职业教育与产业融合发展的运行模式,精准对接区域人才需求,推动高职学校和行业企业形成命运共同体提供参考。 Taking the logistics management specialty of Xuzhou Industrial and Technical College as an example,this paper firstly analyzed the practical significance of the work-study alternation teaching mode and its new connotation in the context of the"double high"campaign,then starting from the current status of work-study alternation teaching,analyzed the problems existing with the mode,and finally,proposed the corresponding measures and suggestions to provide reference for innovating the operation mode of the school-industry integrated development of higher vocational education,accurately satisfying the regional demand for talents,and promoting the formation of a community of shared destiny between vocational schools and logistics enterprises.
