摘要
研究了一种耐高温高压防蜡涂料,可应用于石油开采领域抽油管内壁的防腐与保护。主要研究了主体树脂对防腐性能的影响,粉料类型及用量对防蜡效果与耐磨性的影响,同时研究了涂料的颜基比对涂料耐高温高压性能的影响。试验结果表明,酚醛环氧树脂相比于双酚A型环氧树脂的防腐性能更加优秀,反应性有机硅表面助剂搭配超细自润滑粉料可很大限度提高涂料的防蜡效果,涂料的颜基比为0.6时,涂料的耐高温高压性能优异且成本具有市场竞争力。
This article mainly studies a kind of high temperature and high pressure wax-proof coating, which can be applied to the anticorrosion and protection of the inner wall of the pumping pipe in the field of petroleum exploitation. Mainly from the influence of the main resin on the anticorrosion performance, the effect of the type and amount of powder on the wax-inhibiting effect and abrasion resistance, and the effect of the pigment-to-base ratio P/B value of the coating on the high temperature and high pressure resistance of the coating. The experimental results show that the anticorrosion performance of phenolic epoxy resin is better than that of bisphenol A epoxy resin. The combination of reactive silicone surface additives and ultrafine self-lubricating powder can greatly improve the wax-inhibiting effect of the coating. When the P/B value is 0.6, the coating has excellent high temperature and high pressure resistance and the cost is competitive in the market.
