主要介绍了FANUC内喷机器人系统组成及工作原理、内表面喷涂工艺参数及设定依据、新车型程序快速编写的方法、内表面喷涂常见质量问题及解决对策。
The system compositions and working principle of the FAUNC robot for the interior spraying of a car body were described.The process parameter for the interior spraying was determined.The method of fast programming for a new product was introduced.In addition,The common problems during the interior spraying were listed and their controlling measures were put forward.
