健康中国背景下卫生支出对居民健康水平的空间效应分析

Analysis on the Spatial Effect of Health Expenditure on Residents’Health Level under the Background of Healthy China

目的:分析卫生支出对居民健康水平的空间影响。方法:根据莫兰指数验证变量的空间相关性,进而构建动态空间面板模型分析空间效应。结果:居民健康水平存在空间相关性,30个省(区、市)居民健康不仅仅受到本地区的卫生支出、生态环境、居民教育水平以及收入水平的影响,同时还受到邻近省(区、市)的卫生支出的影响。结论:卫生支出规模的增加对于当地居民健康水平的提高具有促进作用。中西部地区短期内对邻近省(区、市)居民健康水平存在正向的空间溢出作用,但长期由于人才集聚等现象存在,使得优秀的医疗人力流失,导致经济欠发达地区居民健康水平的下降。

Objective:To analyze the spatial impact of health expenditure on the health of residents.Methods:It verifies the spatial correlation of variables according to the Moran index,and then constructs a dynamic spatial panel model to analyze spatial effects.Results:There is a spatial correlation among the health levels of residents.The health of residents in each region is not only affected by the health expenditure,ecological environment,residents’education level and income level in the region,but also by the health expenditure of neighboring provinces.Conclusion:The increase in the scale of health expenditure will promote the improvement of the health of local residents.The central and western regions have a positive spatial spillover effect on the health of residents in neighboring provinces in the short term,but the long-term existence of talent accumulation has caused the loss of excellent medical manpower and led to a decline in the health of residents in economically underdeveloped areas.
