目的:总结健康决策行为的参照点测量方法,为其在卫生政策领域的应用提供参考。方法:基于前景理论的价值函数曲线,分析参照点测量的理论逻辑,并在此基础上提出参照点范围测量、绝对值测量、相对值测量的主要思路,最终提出应用的主要设想。结果:参照点所在范围可以通过重复博弈法测量最大支付愿意、最大接受意愿之间的差值来获得。通过标准博弈法或生命年等值博弈法来测算参照点的绝对值。参照点的相对值测量主要靠参照点适应的方法来实现。结论:参照点测算思路有利于改进患者偏好测算、绩效评价、医疗保险谈判定价、慢性病管理、医联体资源分配等相关研究或政策。

Objective:It aims to provide references for the application of health policy by summarizing the measurement method of reference point of health decision behavior.Methods:It analyzes the theoretical logic of reference point based on the value function curve of prospect theory.Subsequently,it provides the key ideas and applications about scope measurement,absolute value measurement and relative value measurement of reference point.Results:The scope of reference point could be measured by the gap between the greatest willingness to pay and the greatest willingness to accept based on the iterative bidding game.The absolute value of reference point could be measured by the standard gamble and the life-year certainty equivalent gamble.The relative value of reference point could be measured by the method of reference point adaption.Conclusion:The measurement ideas could improve the relevant study and policy about the patient preference,performance evaluation,price negotiation of health insurance,management of chronic disease and resource allocation of the integrated health care system.
