英国、加拿大的卫生技术评估机构协作经验

International Health Technology Assessment Institutions Collaboration Experience in UK. and Canada

文章通过对英国、加拿大卫生技术评估(Health Technology Assessment,HTA)机构协作经验进行综述,为我国HTA机构的协作、HTA网络的组建和发展提出建议。英国各级HTA机构通过互相参考HTA指南和报告、组建决策支持部门和技术审评小组等增强机构间的协作关系。加拿大组建HTA协作组织,促进各级HTA机构共享信息,减少重复评估,并促进HTA学科发展和应用。我国可参考英国和加拿大的经验,建立和完善我国HTA协作网络,明确我国各级HTA机构职能定位,组建HTA协作网络委员会,建立合作共享机制,促进我国HTA发展和应用。

Through a review of the collaboration experience of Health Technology Assessment(HTA) institutions in the UK.and Canada,it provides suggestions for the collaboration of HTA institutions and the establishment and development of HTA networks in China.HTA institutions in the UK.have strengthened collaboration through mutual references to HTA guidelines and reports,the establishment of decision-making support departments and technical review teams.Canada has established an HTA collaborative to promote the sharing of information among HTA institutions at all levels,reduce repetitive assessments,and promote the development and application of HTA.It refers to the experiencea of the UK.and Canada to establish and improve China’s HTA collaboration network,clarify the functional positioning of China’s HTA institutions at all levels,establish an HTA collaboration network committee,build a cooperation and sharing mechanism,and promote the development and application of China’s HTA.
