浅谈奈曼油田化学调剖工艺优化

摘要 注水井化学调剖工艺是实现区块稳油控水关键技术之一,能够有效改善区块水井吸水剖面,降低油井含水。针对传统化学调剖措施费用高、施工周期长、措施有效期短等问题,根据区块特点开展化学调剖配方的优化;根据调剖井特点,个性化设计调剖方案及施工参数。通过优化,实现了区块稳油、控水、降本的目的,为区块实施整体调剖提供技术依据。 Chemical profile control technology of water injection well is one of the key technologies to stabilize oil and control water in the block.It can effectively improve the water absorption profile of water injection wells and reduce the water cut of oil wells.Aiming at the problems of high cost,long construction period and short validity of traditional chemical profile control measures,the chemical profile control formula is optimized according to the characteristics of the block;According to the characteristics of profile control wells,personalized profile control scheme and construction parameters are designed.Achieve the purpose of stabilizing oil,controlling water and reducing cost in the block,Provide technical basis for the implementation of overal profile control in the block.
