摘要
随着油田开发时间的增加,因套管、地层压力、井下设备故障等因素造成井生产动力不足,且剩余油地层储量仍具备可采价值的,均可采取在该类井的特定深度侧钻开窗,达到恢复生产、老井再利用的目的。但对于深层套管开窗作业,较深的开窗点往往会伴随大位移、大井斜,表现在扭矩大、返屑难、一次性开窗成功几率低导致作业时效低等技术难题,因此,对深层套管开窗技术的研究是十分必要的。
With the increase of oilfield development time,the well production power is insufficient due to casing,formation pressure,downhole equipment failure and other factors,If the remaining oil formation reserves still have recoverable value,sidetracking can be adopted at a specific depth of such wells,Achieve the purpose of resuming production and reusing old wells.However,for deep casing windowing operation,the deeper windowing point will often be accompanied by large displacement and large deviation,which is manifested in large torque,difficult chip return、The low success rate of one-time window opening leads to low operation efficiency and technical problems,Therefore,the research on deep casing windowing technology is very necessary.
