北部湾涠洲区块某油井冲砂作业工艺研究

Study on sand washing operation technology of an oil well in Weizhou block, Gulf of Tonkin

油井在产液过程中,因出砂问题导致堵塞出油通道,致使产液减少,甚至停产。本文通过分析北部湾涠洲区块某油井冲砂作业,对作业过程中作业流程及参数进行梳理,为制定标准化工艺流程,提高冲砂作业质量,提供保障。

In the process of liquid production,the oil production channel will be blocked due to sand production,resulting in reduced liquid production or even shutdown.By analyzing the sand flushing operation process of an oil well in Weizhou block of Beibu Gulf,this paper combs the difficult points and special conditions encountered in the operation process,so as to provide a strong guarantee for formulating standardized process flow and improving the quality of sand flushing operation.
