摘要
利用Aspen间歇精馏模块分别建立丁酮回收过程,包括间歇精馏脱水、间歇精馏脱溶剂、间歇精馏丁酮提纯。考察了塔釜加热功率、塔釜丁酮含量和精馏塔回流比对各个阶段过程工艺参数的影响。模拟结果表明通过添加共沸剂环己烷至丁酮水有机相中后分三步间歇操作,可在塔顶得到纯度为99.36t%的丁酮。
2-butanone recycling process was established using batch module in Aspen,including batch distillation to dehydration,solvent removal and 2-butanone purification.Heating power at bottom of tower,concentration of 2-butanone and recycling ratio on the process parameters in different phases was studied.According to the results of simulation,by adding azeotropic agent,cyclohexane,to the mixture of 2-butanone and water,2-butanone with concentration of 99.36% could be obtained at the top of the tower after three steps batch operation.
