浅水海域内防腐管道铺设屈曲监测方法研究

摘要 由于内防腐海底管道在管道内部增加了防腐涂层,传统的机械式屈曲探测器无法进行使用,需要采用其他的屈曲监测手段,通常可情况下,在铺管船上配置ROV进行海底管道铺设监测着泥点进行屈曲监测,但是针对浅水海域的施工,海底管道铺设着泥点和船尾间的距离远大于水深,ROV布置在铺管船上不能进行精准的着泥点监测。本文通过采用USBL信号中继的手段,解决了浅水海域内防腐管道的屈曲监测的问题。 Due to the anti-corrosion coating inside the submarine pipeline,the traditional mechanical buckling detector cannot be used,and other buckling monitoring methods need to be used.Generally,ROV can be configured on the pipe laying barge to monitor the submarine pipeline touching down point.However,for the construction in shallow water,the distance between the touching down point and the barge stern is far greater than the water depth,ROV can not monitor the pipeline touching down point accurately.This paper solves the problem of buckling monitoring of internal anti-corrosion coating pipeline in shallow water through the USBL signal relay.
