血清SIRT1在慢性心力衰竭中的诊断价值研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清沉默信息调节因子1(SIRT1)的表达差异,探讨其对CHF的诊断价值。方法选取贵州医科大学附属医院CHF患者107例(CHF组)及非CHF患者59例(对照组)。两组患者均抽取静脉血测定氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)、SIRT1及其他生化指标,采用超声心动图检查心脏结构及心功能,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清SIRT1水平,通过ROC曲线评估SIRT1对CHF的诊断效能。结果CHF组患者SIRT1及NT-pro BNP水平均显著高于对照组患者(均P<0.05),其中射血分数降低型亚组SIRT1水平低于射血分数保留型亚组(P<0.05);SIRT1水平与NT-pro BNP水平呈明显正相关(r=0.667,P<0.05);SIRT1诊断CHF的灵敏度为0.644,特异度为0.607,此时最佳截断值的约登指数为0.251。结论CHF患者血清SIRT1表达上调,或可作为CHF辅助诊断的生物学标志物。 Objective To investigate serum silencing regulation factor 1(SIRT1)levels in patients with chronic heart failure,and its diagnostic value.Methods A total of 107 patients with chronic heart failure(CHF group)and 59 cardiology patients without chronic heart failure(control group)were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University.Serum NT-Pro BNP,SIRT1 and other biochemical indexes were measured,echocardiography were performed,and the diagnostic efficacy of SIRT1 for CHF was evaluated by ROC curve.Results The serum levels of SIRT1 and NT-Pro BNP in CHF group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The SIRT1 level in CHF patients with reduced ejection fraction was lower than that in those with preserved ejection fraction(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between SIRT1 and NT-Pro BNP(r=0.667,P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of SIRT1 in the diagnosis of chronic heart failure were 0.644 and 0.607,respectively,and the optimal truncation index was 0.251.Conclusion Serum SIRT1 level is elevated in patients with chronic heart failure,which might be used as a biological marker for the diagnosis of CHF.
