摘要
在公共卫生事件背景下暴露出的欺骗行为具有双重的危害性:一是泯灭欺骗者的良心,弱化行为者应担负的道德责任;二是威胁他人、集体乃至国家的公共利益与安全,违背社会主义义利观。学校作为培育具有道德责任公民的先行示范区,应以积极主动的姿态采取有针对性的措施,避免学生在公共卫生事件中出现欺骗行为。具体措施为:培养学生社群主义价值观,激发学生的公共道德责任;引导学生对道德规范的敬畏之心,增进学生审慎的公共理性;聚焦隐瞒疫情信息欺骗真实案例的探讨,使学生进行良心的反思;营造讲真话的道德氛围,为学生形成诚实的德性品质创设行动机会。
Deceptive behaviors exposed in public health events have dual hazards: one is to destroy the conscience of the deceiver and weaken the moral responsibility of the actor;the other is to threaten the public interests and safety of others, the collective and the country, and violate socialist concept of justice and interests. As a pioneering demonstration area for cultivating citizens with moral responsibility, schools should take a proactive attitude and take a targeted approach to avoid students deception in public health events. The specific measures are: cultivating students’ communitarian values, motivating students public moral responsibility;guiding students’ awe of moral norms, and enhancing students’ prudent public rationality;focusing on the discussion of deception based on real cases of concealment of epidemic information so as to help students reflect on their conscience;creating a moral atmosphere for truth so as to provide them with action opportunities for their honesty.
