不同施肥水平对核桃产量和品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 由于核桃产量品质与树体生长情况及土壤养分具有很高的相关性,土壤肥料的选择与施用往往决定着树体的长势以及果实的品质。试验选用桥介酶肥料,研究了不同施肥水平(70%施肥量、100%施肥量)在主干形核桃园、盛果期核桃园和初结果期核桃园中对核桃外观和内在品质指标的影响。结果表明:盛果期核桃园在施用100%桥介酶肥后,核壳厚度减小0.22 mm,其余外观指标均高于总体平均值,可溶性糖含量较对照提升2.4倍,其余内在品质指标均高于普通肥料施用处理下的养分积累量。为此,推荐使用桥介酶肥料以实现增产提质的目的。试验拟解决核桃种植面临的肥料选用与施用量问题,结果可为广大核桃种植户对肥料种类选用和施用量提供科学有效的参考依据。 The yield and quality of walnut are highly correlated with tree growth and soil nutrients.The selection and application of soil fertilizer often determine the growth of the tree and the quality of the fruit.Bridge enzyme fertilizer was selected to study the effects of different fertilization levels(70%and 100%)on the appearance and internal quality index of walnut in trunk shape walnut orchard,full fruit walnut orchard andearly fruiting walnut orchard. The results showed that after applying 100% bridging enzyme fertilizer, the core-shell thickness of walnut orchard decreased 0.22mm.The other appearance indexes were higher than the overall average. The content of soluble sugar was 2.4 times higher than that of the control, and the other internal quality indexes were higher than the nutrient accumulation under the application of common fertilizer. Therefore, it is recommended to use bridging enzyme fertilizer to achieve the purpose of increasing production and improving quality. The experiment is intended to solve the problems of fertilizer selection and application in walnut planting, and the results can provide scientific and effective reference basis for walnut growers to select and apply fertilizer.
