基于林业工程措施的生态修复项目建设分析——以永胜县为例

A Study of Ecological Restoration Project Based on Forestry Engineering Measures——Taking Yongsheng County,Yunnan Province as an Example

以永胜县金沙江流域干热河谷区域生态修复项目为例,探讨了林业工程措施在生态修复中的运用。通过查阅资料,分析项目区地形地貌、气候、植被、土壤数据,在此基础上分析了项目实施区域的立地条件、客土及灌溉条件;结合地方政府发展规划及林农需求,提出了相应的分区布局。将项目区划分为生态景观区、生态防护区和生态经济区,针对不同的区域进行分区施治。科学合理配置树种,综合实施灌溉、防火及有害生物防治的措施。通过项目的实施提升生态防护功能;提高经济林产品产出,实现较好的经济效益;改造提升景观,形成点、线、面相结合的综合生态景观。通过对项目实施的分析得出:以林业工程措施为基础综合施治,对永胜县金沙江流域区域进行生态修复,可以实现良好的生态、经济和社会效益;生态修复项目既包括对自然系统的修复,也包括对社会经济系统的修复;生态修复项目一定要首先诊断识别国土空间存在的生态问题,结合社会和经济发展需求,统筹兼顾,最终实现社区居民利益、区域环境质量和区域生态系统三者的统一。

Taking the ecological restoration project in the dry-hot valley of the Jinsha River Basin in Yongsheng County as an example,the application of forestry engineering measures in ecological restoration is analyzed.By referring to the data,the data of topography,climate,vegetation and soil in the project area are analyzed.On this basis,the site conditions,soil and irrigation conditions of the project implementation area are analyzed.Combined with the development planning of local government and the needs of community residents,the corresponding partition layout is proposed.The project is divided into ecological landscape zone,ecological protection zone and ecological economic zone.Divisional treatment for different regions is carried out.Scientific and rational tree species are allocated.Irrigation,fire prevention and harmful biological control measures are comprehensively implemented.Through the implementation of the project,the ecological protection function will be improved;the output of economic forest products will be increased to achieve better economic benefits;the landscape will be transformed and upgraded to form a comprehensive ecological landscape combining points,lines and planes.Through the analysis of the project implementation,it is concluded that the ecological restoration of Jinsha River in Yongsheng County based on the comprehensive treatment of forestry engineering measures can achieve good ecological,economic and social benefits.Ecological restoration projects include both the restoration of natural systems and the restoration of social and economic systems;ecological restoration projects must first diagnose and identify the ecological problems existing in land space,integrate social and economic development needs,and finally realize the unity of community residents'interests,regional environmental quality and regional ecosystem.
