摘要
从辽宁省番茄产区未使用过琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂的温室采集番茄灰霉病样本,经分离、鉴定并纯化,得到病原菌(Botrytis cinerea Pers.)单孢菌株206株,采用菌丝生长速率法测定氟吡菌酰胺的有效抑制中浓度EC50,建立了敏感基线,并调查了氟吡菌酰胺与咯菌腈、啶酰菌胺、嘧霉胺、腐霉利、异菌脲之间的交互抗性情况。结果表明:氟吡菌酰胺对辽宁省番茄灰霉病菌的EC_(50)为0.069 4~6.903 9μg/mL,敏感性频率分布接近正态分布,因此,EC_(50)平均值(1.424 0±1.180 3)μg/mL可作为辽宁省番茄灰霉病菌对氟吡菌酰胺的敏感基线参考值。氟吡菌酰胺与咯菌腈、啶酰菌胺、嘧霉胺、腐霉利、异菌脲之间均不存在交互抗性。
With Botrytis cinerea infected tomato samples collected at the greenhouses without using succinate dehydrogenase inhibitors from the tomato production area of Liaoning Province, 206 single spore isolates of B. cinerea were isolated, identified, and purified for sensitivity evaluation of Botrytis cinerea to fluopyram and the cross-resistance between fluopyram and other five fungicides. Half maximal effective concentration EC_(50)of fluopyram was determined by measuring the mycelial growth, and a sensitive baseline was established. The results showed that the EC_(50)of fluopyram against Botrytis cinerea in Liaoning Province ranged from 0.069 4 to 6.903 9 μg/mL, and the frequency distribution of sensitivity was close to normal distribution. Therefore, the mean EC_(50)value of(1.424 0±1.180 3)(SD) μg/mL can be used as the baseline reference value for fluopyram sensitivity of Botrytis cinerea in Liaoning Province. There was no crossresistance observed between fludioxonil, boscalid, pyrimethanil, procymidone, and iprodione.
