摘要
国内某石化企业在加氢裂化装置检修期间催化柴油无法处理,为解决柴油物料平衡问题,考虑将催化柴油临时进入蜡油液相加氢装置处理。为验证该方案的可行性,中国石化大连石油化工研究院在液相加氢中试装置进行可行性试验研究。结果表明:利用蜡油液相加氢装置处理催化柴油是可行的,在反应压力13.8 MPa、平均反应温度350℃、新鲜进料体积空速0.37 h^(-1)、循环比为1∶1的条件下,精制柴油可以满足国Ⅵ标准柴油调和组分的要求。
A domestic petrochemical enterprise failed to treat catalytic diesel oil during the maintenance of hydrocracking unit. In order to solve the problem of diesel oil material balance, it was considered to temporarily treat catalytic diesel oil in wax oil liquid phase hydrogenation unit. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, the feasibility test was carried out in the liquid phase hydrogenation pilot plant of Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals, Sinopec. The experimental results showed that it was feasible to treat catalytic diesel oil by liquid phase hydrogenation unit. Under the conditions of reaction pressure 13.8 MPa, average reaction temperature 350 ℃,fresh feed liquid hourly space velocity 0.37 h^(-1) and cycle ratio 1∶1, refined diesel oil met the requirements of blending components in National Ⅵ diesel standard.
