摘要
批式溶解器被广泛应用在乏燃料后处理厂中,进行燃料芯的溶解,为后续工序提供料液。针对批式溶解器间歇溶解操作繁琐、单台设备处理通量受限的缺点,调研了溶解器供料自动切换技术的应用现状,分析了供料自动切换技术特点,并从设备功能、操作流程、结构布置、设备方案、维修原则等方面提出了溶解器供料切换技术方案,分析了热室放射性环境下设备设计及操作上的特殊要求和难点,为将来我国掌握乏燃料溶解器供料自动切换技术提供参考。
Batch dissolvers are widely used in spent fuel reprocessing plants to dissolve the fuel core and provide feed solution for subsequent processes.According to the disadvantages of cumbersome batch dissolving operation and limited processing capacity of a single equipment,the application status of automatic feed switching technology of dissolver was investigated,the characteristics of automatic feed switching technology were analyzed,and the technical scheme of feed switching of dissolver was put forward from the aspects of equipment function,operation process,structural layout,equipment scheme and maintenance principle.The special requirements and difficulties in equipment design and operation in radiant hot chamber environment were analyzed,which could provide some reference for China to master the automatic feed switching technology of spent fuel dissolver in the future.
