丁苯橡胶装置VOCs废气治理方案探讨

Discussion on VOCs Exhaust Gas Treatment Scheme of Styrene Butadiene Rubber Unit

某企业丁苯橡胶装置化学品配制厂房配料时散发的异味,通过厂房轴流风机经除尘后直排大气,混合槽、凝聚工段散发的废气直排大气,干燥箱排放的废气通过碱洗后也直排大气,不但造成环境污染,车间异味严重,严重危害操作人员的身体健康,不能满足现行排放标准,需对装置涉VOCs物料的化工生产过程的废气进行收集,并且输送至VOCs治理装置,以满足环保、安全卫生要求。根据《重点行业挥发性有机物综合治理方案》的规定和实际情况,在诸多治理方法中比选出除尘+电加热蓄热催化燃烧工艺方案,并在尾气排放口增设在线监测系统。上述废气经过VOCs治理装置处理后,非甲烷总烃(NMHC)去除率≥97%,苯乙烯、1,3-丁二烯等有机特征污染物排放浓度均达到规范要求的排放标准。

The peculiar smell emitted from the chemical preparation plant ingredients of an enterprise styrene-butadiene rubber unit passes through the plant’s axial flow fan to directly discharged to the atmosphere after dust removal, the exhaust gas emitted from the mixing tank and the coalescing section is directly discharged into the atmosphere, and the exhaust gas discharged from the drying oven is also directly discharged into the atmosphere after alkaline washing,these not only cause environmental pollution, but also cause serious odor in the workshop, seriously endangers the health of the operators and does not meet the current emission standards. The waste gas of the chemical production process involving VOCs materials needs to be collected and transported to VOCs treatment device to meet the requirements of environmental protection, safety and health. According to the regulation and actual situation of "Comprehensive treatment Scheme of Volatile organic compounds in Key Industries", the process scheme of dust removal + electric heating thermal storage and catalytic combustion was selected from many treatment methods, and an online monitoring system was added at the exhaust outlet. After the above waste gas was treated by VOCs treatment device, the removal rate of non-methane total hydrocarbon(NMHC) was greater than or equal to 97%, and the emission concentration of organic characteristic pollutants such as styrene, 1,3-butadiene met the emission standards required by the specifications.
