高效液相色谱法测定滇山茶油中16种多环芳烃 被引量:1

摘要 使用高效液相色谱法检测滇山茶油中16种多环芳烃。采集自农贸市场及网络平台销售的不同品牌滇山茶油,用正己烷溶解,SPE固相萃取柱净化提取、定容、过滤,通过高效液相色谱流动相梯度洗脱分离,采用紫外-荧光联用检测,外标法定量。本方法在23 min内完成16种目标化合物的分离分析,线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.999。阳性样品检出率达到40.6%,质量分数最高达7.5μg·kg^(-1)。滇山茶油部分样品中检测出多环芳烃的污染,相关部门应该予以重视,加强对滇山茶油的监督管理。 To investigate the contamination of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in camellia oil from Yunnan by ultra-performance liquid chromatography,32 samples were collected from the market or online shopping.The samples were dissolved in n-hexane,purified and extracted by SPE solid phase extraction column,and the volume was fixed,filtrated,separated by high performance liquid chromatography,detected by ultraviolet fluorescence detector.The external standard method was used.The separation and analysis of 16 target compounds were achieved within 23min,and the correlation coefficients (R^(2)) were more than 0.999.The detection rate of positive samples reached40.6%,and the highest mass fractions was 7.5 mg·kg^(-1).PAHs still existed in camellia oil from Yunnan.A variety of PAHs in some samples were detected.The relevant supervision should give more attention,and the monitoring of camellia oil should be strengthened.
