究竟是什么影响了导学关系——我国博士生导学关系影响因素调查研究 被引量:13

On the Influencing Factors of Supervisor-Student Relationship——A Survey on the Supervisor-Doctoral Student Relationship in China

摘要 面对纷繁多元的导学关系研究现状和研究结果,运用国际成熟的导学关系测试量表——博士生导学关系互动量表(QSDI),对我国博士生导学关系现状及影响因素进行实证分析。研究发现个体客观因素(人口学变量)与环境因素在博士生导学关系中无显著性差异,个体主观因素、制度因素、交往互动因素等对博士生导学关系有显著性影响。针对当下博士生导学关系的现状与问题,需明白博士生导学关系是身份、制度、协作、情感等因素的共同作用;导学关系的建构应把握导师权威性与学生自主性之间的矛盾;导学关系的改善和发展也要回到教育主体本身进行解决。 Facing the numerous and diverse research and results,this paper employed an internationally mature guidance relationship test scale(questionnaire on supervisor-doctoral student interaction,QSDI)to carry out an empirical analysis on the current situation and the influencing factors of the supervisor–doctoral student relationship in China.It has been found that individual objective factors(demographic variables)and environmental factors have no significant impact on the relationship between doctoral supervisors and students,while individual subjective factors,institutional factors and interaction factors have significant influence.In view of the current situation and problems of the supervisor–doctoral student relationship,it is necessary to understand that this relationship is the joint action of identity,system,contract,emotion and other factors;the construction of the relationship should focus on the contradiction between supervisors’authority and students’autonomy;the improvement and development of the relationship should also return to the education subject itself.
