新疆吉木乃草原石城拟申报世界地质公园的综合价值及需注意的问题

Comprehensive Value of the Jeminay Grassland Stone Town,Xinjiang and Matters Needing Attention in Applying For the World Geopark

拟建吉木乃草原石城世界地质公园位于中国版图的最西端的新疆吉木乃县境内,其核心地质遗产为大面积分布的花岗岩石蛋石臼石穴地貌,木斯岛冰川、双弧构造、喀尔交雅丹地貌和峡谷,以及典型莫斯特文化遗存--通天洞遗址和草原游牧文化--岩画等,通过分析研究具有极高的国际意义和综合价值。吉木乃草原石城通过近年的国家地质公园建设,取得了较好的成效。目前地方政府拟申报世界地质公园,但还存在原国家地质公园核心地质遗迹的国际意义提升不够,以及公园的范围、边界、管理等问题。为此,结合吉木乃草原石城国家地质公园的现状及周边资源情况,对上述问题展开一些讨论,供申报主体参考,避免因这些问题影响申报和以后的建设,并预祝申报成功。

The proposed Jeminay Grassland Stone Town world geopark lies in Jeminay County,Xinjiang at the westernmost tip of the Chinese map.Its core geoheritages are large-area granite eggs,mortars and caves,Mushi Island Glacier,double arc structure,Karjaw jardang and canyon,typical Mousterian—Tongtian Cave site and petrogram as nomadic culture of grassland and so on.They have extremely high international significance and comprehensive value.In recent years,national geopark construction of the Jeminay Grassland Stone Town has achieved better results.At present,the local government intends to apply for it as a world geopark,but questions remain about the park’s scope,boundaries and management.This paper has a discussion on these questions remain based on the present situation of the national geopark construction of the Jeminay Grassland Stone Town.
